Sad is life that ends in death
Sad is work that has no rest
Sad is pleasure that leads to pain
Sad is a sunny day that sets with rain
Sad is peace when it kills the dove
Sad is hate as it smothers love
Sad is hardship with no reward
Sad is to need and not afford
Sad is to desire what cannot be achieved
Sad is condemnation with no reprieve
Sad is to waste while others do lack
Sad is to use while never placing back
Sad is love that is never returned
Sad is satisfaction while others still yearn
Sad is loneliness in a crowded place
Sad is homelessness amidst empty living space
