The world is a place of horror and shame
A place of war
A place of pain
The world is a place of death and destruction
A place of murder
A place of abduction
The world is a place of trouble and strife
A place of hardship
A place of fights
The world is a place of lying and cheating
A place of hiding
A place of beating
The world:
So vile, so corrupt and so wrong
Has a place where one can hear a glad song
A song that brings hope of a better tomorrow
An end to the tears
An end to the sorrows
A place of real peace
A place of real comfort
That place lies within
Just look for it in all of us.
